Standard:
1 Year Next Day Parts Warranty - Standard on all
servers built by us. If any part in one of our servers fails, we'll ship a replacement to you the next business day, guaranteed. This is a promise that we haven't broken in 17 years. Customer service is our number one goal. We treat downtime like it was our own.
On large, multiple server projects, common
replacement parts are shipped with the systems. (10 or more servers
would include 10% of the total hard drives and a power supply in a single
power supply application)
Optional:
2 and 3 Year Next day parts at a nominal cost.
At the end of the extended warranty, the parts stocked
for your job are shipped to you. We would be stocking10%
the total numbers of hard drives you get, power
supplies, Ram, Main board, Processor. An Option for you is to have
same materials on sight and exchange them after the
parts have been swapped. A Unique feature that we offer.

Plug and Work/Just-servers.com offers a no
nonsense warranty. Our mission is to make sure you get your server
back on line as soon as possible. We make problems a priority.
Our theory is you paid for this, you should get what you asked for.
Our next day parts program comes standard on all units for a period of one
year. No Nonsense means we don't give you a run around.
We will ask you a few basic diagnostic questions to be sure something has
not been missed. The next step is to ship what you need. In
some cases, to eliminate the guess work, we ship you extra parts to be
sure you have everything you need.
Plug and Work/Just-servers has enjoyed a 1% warranty rate for 6 years
running. We have been supporting our equipment for 13 years.
We know that things happen. We also know there are no rules in computers
(22 years of experience talking). We strive to make the system as reliable
as possible before it leaves here.
Where time allows, your servers have a 72 hour burn-in process. The
burn-in is done with a loaded operating system. Our experience is
that most Integrators use a DOS type burn-in which does not exercise the
hardware as extensively as a loaded OS. If you purchase a system
without an operating system, we will put something appropriate on it for
testing. If there is going to be a problem, 99% of the time is shows
up in the first 72 hours and is dealt with immediately.
We do not hard load the systems either. Hard loading is a "cheap"
process and cuts too many corners. Our system is soft loaded and
updated manually. It is a more expensive process, but it does give
us a better feel for any hardware, or buffering issues that may occur with
incompatibilities. Again, you paid for this and you get it. We
do not pretend to be the least expensive in the market, but too many times
the lowest bidder has delivered a short term solution to you.
It is less expensive to have the problem fixed here than in the field for
all of us. We don't like to spend any extra money to fix problems
anymore than you do. Down time costs money for you or your customer.
