- Next business day part(s) replacement policy standard for one year. Additional coverage is available.
- Phone-based technical support for the lifetime of the system with original owner. Phone support is transferable.

| What is not covered - ‘Fine Print’ |

- Damage which is considered out of our control such as lightning strikes, fire, power surges, floods, etc will, for obvious reasons, not be covered.
- Incompatability due to ignorance. We offer engineering services free of charge prior to the final sale to be sure the system will work flawlessly for your configuration\usage.
