The JSP1464 is Justserver's first 14 slot PCI-X backplane. This backplane was designed to work exclusively with the JSP920V dual core Dual XEON SBC. The power of dual core XEON processors combined with the speed of PCI-X data transfer and flexibility of input slots makes this combination one of the strongest embedded platforms available today.
When used with the 8920, there are 8 usuable PCI-X slots and 4 usuable PCI slots allowing a large number of peripheral cards to be used. The combination of speed and space makes this an ideal platform for telephony applications.
