35% more productivity - By using the JSP-5LC 5U chassis to increase cooling, we can use every available backplane slot for Dialogic cards enabling us to integrate 15 or 16 cards in one server without heat issues.
Dialogic Temperature specs - Dialogic cards are very sensitive to heat. If the temperature gets a bit too high, the cards will stop working. Heat kills and we've found a way to stop it. The JSP-5LC 5U has been shown to reduce temperatures to well below safe levels. In an actual customer site with an ambient temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 15 PCI cards in the server, the following temperatures were observed:
- Box: 88 F
- Exhaust: 105F
- Dialogic: 96F
- CPU: 105F
